Overview

Marketing site for CodeGinx, a software studio. Built as a mobile-first Next.js 16 App Router app with React 19, Tailwind CSS v4 design tokens, and light/dark themes. Content is config-driven (services, work, team, process, FAQ). Motion and Lenis handle scroll polish; the hero stays CSS-only so LCP isn’t blocked by hydration. Contact uses a Server Action with Resend and Cloudflare Turnstile. PostHog is loaded lazily for analytics and exception logging. Deployed to Cloudflare via OpenNext with GitHub Actions CI/CD to codeginx.com. Lighthouse CI gates regressions.
